Some ISU students and employees may not be able to log in to their e-mail and/or MyISU portal accounts following a scheduled upgrade of MyISU over winter break.
If your password was affected, please reset it by using the "Forgot/Change Your Password" link on the MyISU Portal login page, https://isuportal.indstate.edu, just below the login box.
Once you have changed your password, you will also need to delete the cookies and temporary files in your Internet Explorer browser. If you need assistance with this, please contact the Help Desk at 237-2910.
