Indiana State University alumna and faculty member Jennifer Mullen has pledged $30,000 to create an endowed scholarship for students in the Scott College of Business who have received limited financial support but remain committed to pursuing degree completion. 

Jennifer Mullen has earned two degrees from Indiana State, a bachelor’s degree in management information systems in 2001 and a master’s degree in communication in 2011. After graduating, Mullen worked in sales management before returning to the University to work in Admissions. 

Indiana State University has announced the 2024 Philanthropy Award recipients. Awards recognized will include the March On! Award, the John P. Newton Spirit of Indiana State University Award, and the Student Philanthropy Award. The award recipients will be honored at the fourth annual President’s Dinner on Friday, November 15. 

Darwin McCallian, a 1975 alumnus of the College of Arts and Sciences, has stepped up during the Be So BOLD fundraising campaign to support Sycamores for years to come.

Don Dudine, an Indiana State University alumnus and past chair of the ISU Foundation Board, has pledged $2 million for the School of Music and the Student Philanthropy Organization.

Sycamores will race for research on Oct. 1 in the Student Philanthropy Organization’s inaugural walk/run to benefit Indiana State University’s Rich and Robin Porter Cancer Research Center.

Indiana State University had the largest fundraising year in its history in 2020-21, nearly tripling donations from the previous year with more than $29 million.

Indiana State University’s Division of University Advancement has announced its 2020 philanthropy honorees. The March On! Award is the most prestigious award presented by University Advancement and honors transformational philanthropy to Indiana State.
