Historic Gift to Support Innovation, Education, and Industry Collaboration in Construction Management

Indiana State University and Thompson Thrift, a nationally recognized leader in the real estate industry, have announced a groundbreaking partnership that includes a $1.4M gift to the University. During their agenda meeting, the Board of Trustees approved the naming of the Thompson Thrift Department of Construction Management in the Bailey College of Engineering and Technology. 

Indiana State University will officially break ground on its largest capital improvement project this Friday at 11:00 a.m. The $66 million renovation of the Technology Annex at the Bailey College of Engineering and Technology represents a fundamental investment in the University and Indiana’s future workforce. The event will bring together Indiana State University administrators, state officials, and local community leaders to celebrate the start of this pivotal project.
